Member Benefits Consultant
AO Globe Life is hiring professionals to work directly with credit union members who have already requested information about their benefit options. This is a fully remote opportunity where your focus is simple: have real conversations, help people make informed decisions, and build a career with long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
Meet with credit union members via scheduled Zoom consultations
Ask the right questions to understand each client’s needs
Explain benefit options in a clear, straightforward way
Walk clients through enrollment from start to finish
Handle follow-ups, client questions, and policy updates
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Stay compliant with company and regulatory standards
Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team calls
