Quality Engineer

Qualify Engineer to work in Solon, OH: Apply industrial engineering principles alongside machine learning techniques and Anomaly Detection. Utilize predictive models and data analytics to detect outliers and anomalies. Develop and implement statistical machine learning models and neural networks (convolutional and recurrent) to predict potential defects, analyze trends, and optimize quality assurance workflows. Use data analytics, statistical quality control (SQC) methods, capability sixpack analysis and Anomaly Detection techniques. Use of Python and libraries including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn and TensorFlow. Design, build, and deploy predictive machine learning models and Anomaly Detection systems. Use of Six Sigma and statistical process control (SPC). Lead DMAIC projects. Conduct internal and supplier audits. Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations. Design key performance indicators and metrics using advanced analytics and predictive models. Prepare comprehensive QA reports using advanced data visualization and analytics. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as five (5) months in job or job related experience to include apply industrial engineering principles: utilize predictive models and data analytics to detect outliers and anomalies; use of Six Sigma and statistical process control (SPC); use of data analytics, statistical quality control (SQC) methods and capability sixpack analysis; and prepare comprehensive QA reports using advanced data visualization and analytics.
