About the Role

Moey Inc is seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance & Landscaping Technician to support our growing real estate and construction operations in Downtown Cincinnati.

This part-time role has a strong emphasis on landscaping and property care , while also covering small-scale maintenance tasks to keep our historic rental properties in excellent condition . From mowing lawns and trimming hedges to handling light interior repairs , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, attractive, and move-in ready .

If you take pride in keeping outdoor spaces inviting and tackling small maintenance jobs that make a big difference for tenants, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine small maintenance and repair tasks across all properties.

• Maintain and enhance exterior areas , including mowing, edging, trimming, planting, mulching, and general yard cleanup.

• Keep walkways, driveways, and outdoor spaces safe, clean, and visually appealing.

• Troubleshoot and address minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.

• Assist with seasonal projects such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, and landscape upgrades.

• Coordinate with property managers and construction teams to ensure unit readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping and general property maintenance.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of manual labor.

• Access to basic landscaping and maintenance tools.

• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.

• Position Type: Part-Time (weekday hours, occasional weekends as needed)

• Location: On-site at Moey Inc properties in Downtown Cincinnati
