Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year A bit about us: This company works on various projects throughout VT and NH, with a great reputation and strong relationships with municipal and private clients alike. This role will be running various projects and primarily doing site work coordinating day to day activities and safety of crews. Onsite position with hands-on responsibility and decision-making authority. Job Details Experience supervising heavy civil sitework and roadway construction.
Knowledge of grading, utilities, drainage, erosion control, and DOT standards.
Ability to read and execute DOT plans, profiles, and cross sections.
Familiarity with construction technology such as GPS machine control and digital documentation.
Relevant certifications related to heavy construction, safety, or traffic control.
Strong crew leadership, coordination, and scheduling skills.
