Procurement Specialist Compensation

• The pay for this position is $21.39 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Procurement Specialist Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Schedule: 8:00 AM start time
• Hybrid schedule: Work from home most Mondays and Fridays; work onsite in Dublin, OH Tuesday through Thursday

Procurement Specialist Responsibilities

• Create and manage strategic supplier partnerships that drive enterprise value and innovation
• Review Global Sourcing agreements and analyze key terms and conditions
• Support contract and system audits to ensure sourcing and contracting systems are properly updated
• Lead and manage procurement-related projects while providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Gather feedback, analyze information, and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure timely follow-up and delivery of solutions for sourcing initiatives

Procurement Specialist Requirements

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to read and interpret legal agreements and identify key contract elements
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Procurement Specialist Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or contract analysis
• Prior experience supporting audits or reviewing supplier agreements
