Cappel’s Inc., a long-established Cincinnati retail business with multiple locations, is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper with experience in Passport Business Solutions (PBS) . Responsibilities include bank and credit-card reconciliation, maintaining general ledger accuracy, assisting with monthly financial reporting, processing payroll tax filings , preparing and submitting sales tax payments , and supporting inventory-based retail accounting. The ideal candidate has prior experience working directly in Passport PBS , understands retail operations and multi-location reporting, and can work collaboratively with ownership and management. This role may be part-time or contract and can be performed partly remote if the candidate is experienced with PBS.
