- Minimum 1 year of experience as a hospital pharmacist or retail pharmacist
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP) required; PharmD preferred
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist (RPh) license in Ohio
- Current pharmacy-based immunization delivery certificate
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to stand, sit, and administer vaccinations as needed
- Administer flu and COVID vaccinations at hospital and offsite clinics
- Support retail pharmacy vaccination schedules and assist walk-in patients
- Ensure compliance with Ohio pharmacy regulations and federal standards
- Deliver exceptional patient care and provide education on vaccinations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmacy team members to optimize patient outcomes
