About the Role

As a Cupcake Ambassador , you'll be the face of Molly’s Cupcakes. From the moment guests walk in, you’ll make their day a little sweeter by offering top-notch customer service, sharing your knowledge of our handcrafted desserts, and helping every guest leave with something they love.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, enthusiastic, and attentive customer service
• Educate guests on our rotating cupcake flavors, cakes, and dessert offerings
• Operate the POS/register system with accuracy and professionalism
• Keep the retail and display area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with opening/closing duties and light cleaning tasks
• Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a positive and fun environment
• Represent the Molly’s Cupcakes brand with pride, energy, and integrity

Qualifications

• A friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A genuine love for desserts and helping people celebrate life’s moments
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule availability (weekends and holidays required)
• Previous retail, food service, or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required
