Service Technician

1st shift Field Technician (Mechanical)

(Will not travel for first 6 months of employment)

Responsibilities

• Repair, assemble, calibrate, and diagnose all types of valves, actuators, and related instruments.
• Evaluate and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric actuators.
• Perform pre-testing, disassembly, cleaning, in-process inspection, machining, lapping, surface preparation, painting, assembly, testing, and final inspection.
• Calibrate and test valves, related instruments, and process instrumentation.
• Assemble new and repaired equipment.
• Document repair, testing, and assembly activities, noting causes of failure, actions taken, and parts used.
• Provide customer communication for technical assistance, troubleshooting, and repair disposition.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and company rules and regulations.
• Complete site-specific safety requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.
