Pay: Up to $30/hour based on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Punch Press Operator to set up and operate our TruPunch 5000 machine. You'll be responsible for assembling and installing tooling, setting workpiece clamps, and performing first-piece inspections to ensure the highest quality standards. Once approved, you'll run production, maintain documentation, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

This role works an 8–10 hour shift, Monday through Friday , with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety: Follow all safety policies, use required PPE, and report hazards.

• Quality: Perform in-process inspections, identify non-conforming materials, and maintain quality standards.

• Productivity: Meet efficiency targets, follow production schedules, and address process issues promptly.

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Maintain tooling, including sharpening and logging worn/broken parts.

• Perform cleaning and basic machine maintenance.

• Collaborate in a team-based environment, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of CNC punch press setup experience.

• Strong sheet metal working background.

• Ability to read, write, and understand technical instructions and engineering drawings.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Must pass pre employment screening

• Able to lift up to 42 lbs.
