We are looking for an upbeat, fun, and driven employee to join our team! We are a coffee shop by day, and a taproom by night. We have a simple breakfast and lunch menu, as well as draft beer, wine, and cocktails.
We have been getting busier AND a position just opened up. We are looking to hire one person for 20-35 hours!
A little bit more about the position:
- Starting pay is $10.00/hr plus credit card AND cash tips . ($17-21/hr)
- 20-35 hours a week.
- Previous barista experience is required at this time.
- Must be over the age of 21.
- We are prioritizing candidates with weeknight and weekend availability.
- We are prioritizing candidates with Sunday availability!

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and taking orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and cocktails, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions and inventory management.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service speed and efficiency.
- Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for daily sales.
