We are currently seeking reliable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) G-TUBE (EXP PREFERRED HOWEVER WE CAN TRAIN)

Available Shifts

✅ Morning 7AM-5PM -WHEN NEEDED

✅ Afternoon 5PM-11PM OPEN SHIFTS

✅ Overnight -OPEN

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support
• Conduct hourly checks
• Ensure safety and oversight at all times
• Support daily needs and routines
• Document care and observations

Requirements:

• Caring and dependable attitude
• Ability to stay alert and attentive throughout shift
• DSP experience preferred (we will train the right individual)
• Must pass background check and required onboarding
• Must be Med certified 1 and 2
• Must be RELIABLE
• MUST have Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Vehicle
• Must have Compassion and Empathy

Job Summary
Join our dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with MED Certification Levels 1 and 2! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, and those requiring memory or dementia care. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident’s as needed
• Monitor patient health by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature; observe and report any changes in condition promptly
• Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking, ensuring dietary needs are met for residents in assisted living or home care settings
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols
• Document care activities accurately in client records, including progress notes and incident reports
• Support clients during community outings or activities to promote social engagement and independence

Requirements

• Valid MED Certification Level 1 or Level 2 required; active CPR and First Aid certifications are essential
• Experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist with mobility using Hoyer lifts or other equipment
• Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, autism support, hospice care, or working with people with disabilities is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support clients’ individual care plans
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and practicing compassionate caregiving
