This role will focus on delivering secure, compliant, and high-performing products that enable banks, credit unions, and financial institutions to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency. Your leadership will ensure our solutions address core banking, lending, compliance, and customer engagement challenges within the financial sector. You will guide your team from discovery and design through market launch and adoption, leveraging your deep understanding of financial services industry, technology and regulatory requirements. What you will be doing Lead a high-performing team delivering financial services products from concept to adoption. Define a strategic roadmap that addresses key priorities such as digital banking, risk management, compliance, and customer experience. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with banks, credit unions, and fintech ecosystems. Ensure all products meet regulatory and security standards, including SOX, PCI-DSS, and GLBA compliance. Collaborate with sales leadership on go-to-market strategies for financial institutions of all sizes. Shape pricing strategies that reflect the financial services market landscape. Monitor emerging trends such as AI-driven risk assessment, blockchain, and real-time payments to drive innovation. Define and track KPIs to measure market adoption, customer satisfaction, and ROI. What will make you successful Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 12+ years of experience in financial services technology product management, with 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level. Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and digital transformation trends in banking and lending. Industry experience is a strong plus. Proven success in launching enterprise-grade financial technology solutions. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence C-level executives and external stakeholders.
