Your Impact & Responsibilities
In this high-impact role, you'll be a key driver of our service excellence and growth:
Lead and motivate your team to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Deliver exceptional communication and service to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
Actively support and participate in crucial door-to-door marketing and sales initiatives, directly contributing to our market penetration.
Educate customers on our eco-friendly lawn care solutions and integrated pest management practices.
