Director of Rehab / Rehab Director - Seeking a COTA or PTA Candidates with DOR experience! Skilled Nursing Facility in Barnesville /OHIO
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (OTA or PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Barnesville, Ohio.
- Full-Time, open to OTA or PTA Candidates!
- Prior Management experience preferred
- Flexible Schedule
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (COTA ) in a skilled nursing setting. You"ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents" lives.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
