Main Requirements:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and guide them through our process
Communicate the value of financial planning in a clear, compelling way
Follow up with warm leads and referrals to schedule meetings with advisors
Track and manage outreach, follow-ups, and prospect records in our systems
Support marketing and educational events by connecting with attendees and booking follow-ups
Collaborate with advisors to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding
Participate in ongoing training to improve communication, systems knowledge, and financial literacy
