The Opportunity
As part of the Finance Consulting team you will execute and oversee month-end close processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior staff, and build meaningful client connections while navigating the intricacies of financial operations. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical knowledge and personal brand while driving improvements through process simplification and automation.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in R2R or controllership operations
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred
- Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Experience in managed services or consulting environments
- Familiarity with SOX controls and audit support
- Applying a digital mindset to transform workflows
- Demonstrating attention to precision and analytical ability
- Supporting team development and mentoring junior staff
- Utilizing SAP for financial processes
- Driving improvements through process simplification and automation
