About the Role Mack Sales & Service is seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who excel at managing information with speed and precision. As a key member of our administrative operations, you will ensure that our digital databases and records remain accurate, up-to-date, and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Transfer data from source documents into computer files or database systems.
  

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and updating existing records to ensure accuracy.
  

• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and security.
  

• Collaborate with the administrative team in a remote environment to meet weekly data processing deadlines.
  

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  

• Fast typing skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  

• Proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification is a plus.
