A premier private practice anesthesia group in Youngstown, Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join their established team at a modern surgery center. Position Highlights

Deliver high-quality anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. You'll provide anesthesia services for OB, vascular, thoracic, general surgery, healthy pediatrics, and orthopedic cases while supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). This role combines independent practice with collaborative leadership, offering both clinical autonomy and team support.

Annual Salary: $475,000

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout outpatient surgical procedures
• Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Supervise CRNAs to ensure safe, effective anesthesia delivery and excellent patient outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize care
• Maintain detailed documentation meeting all regulatory and clinical standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practice implementation

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Anesthesiology
• Valid Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong clinical expertise across multiple surgical specialties
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative mindset
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
