Production Operator 20-21 HR

Manufacturing Associate – 1st or 2nd Shift

Pay: $20.32–$21.32 per hour (Weekly Pay, OT)

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Associate supports multiple stages of the production process in a fast‑paced, union manufacturing environment. This role involves oven packing, material handling, and quality inspections. It is a great fit for dependable, safety‑focused individuals who are comfortable working in hot and dusty conditions. We are hiring immediately and looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible after interviewing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various production areas as needed based on workload
• Safely pack and unload parts from ovens
• Remove finished parts from production lines and prepare them for the next process
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Stack materials onto pallets in a safe and organized manner
• Label boxes accurately for storage and shipment
• Operate material‑handling equipment, including a vacuum hoist
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work mandatory overtime as required, including frequent Saturday shifts

Work Environment & Schedule

• Foundry‑like manufacturing environment that is hot and dusty
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Frequent mandatory Saturday overtime
• Schedule may shift to four 10‑hour days depending on business needs
• Two 15‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute lunch per shift
• Use of ovens, production lines, and material‑handling equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $20.32 - $21.32/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Brooklyn,Ohio.
