**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk in a professional manner, verifying identification and maintaining access control procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the location.
+ Respond promptly and calmly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk, following established protocols and escalating issues as appropriate.
+ Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor and contractor check-ins, badge issuance, and other security-related activities at the front desk.
+ Communicate clearly and courteously with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related issues or emergencies.
+ Assist with emergency response activities such as evacuations or shelter-in-place procedures as required by site policies.
+ Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings, reporting any unusual behavior or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
