- Help manage the Agile software development process, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Organize and run Sprint Demos and Sprint Reviews to showcase progress and gather feedback.
- Lead the Capability Roadmap process to define and prioritize project goals.
- Lead the software product delivery process including the packaging and deployment of source code & binaries, software documentation, test documents and other related artifacts
- Support the architecture and design of autonomous functionality achieving mission effects.
- Coordinate technical interactions within the team to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Lead technical investigations and technical interchange meetings to address project challenges.
- Support technical engagements with related projects within AFRL and AFLCMC.
- Support Test and Evaluation and demonstration efforts by coordinating IPTs and technical details
- Lead KBR's team in supporting AFRL's R&D efforts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Advise and support the Chief Engineer on technical issues and challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management or systems engineering.
- Proven experience with Agile software development processes.
- Strong background in autonomous systems, ISR operations, and military sensor technology.
- Experience with current UAV systems and software development.
- Proficiency in MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) and modeling and simulation.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with AFRL and AFLCMC projects.
- Experience on fast-paced innovation and development programs
- Familiarity with defense and aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
