Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, claims, and coverage explanations.
- Proactively reach out to customers to review accounts and identify opportunities for additional covered or improved service.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records in agency systems.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote State Farm products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Property & Casualty license preferred but not required (must be able to obtain if not currently licensed).
