HVAC Technician

Banyan Living, renowned for managing high-end residential communities, is actively seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join our exceptional maintenance team. This position is key in ensuring that our residents enjoy a comfortable and pleasant living environment through efficient HVAC services.

As an HVAC Technician at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within our properties. Your role will involve diagnosing malfunctions, performing repairs, and proactively addressing HVAC-related concerns to enhance resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Install new HVAC units and components according to manufacturer specifications.
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Keep detailed records of services performed and any parts replaced.
• Educate and communicate with residents about HVAC system use.
• Collaborate with team members to address maintenance projects and emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program is desirable.
• A valid HVAC technician certification or license is required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
