Now Hiring: Driver - Part-time

Location: Abraxas Ohio, 2775 State Route 39, Shelby, OH 44875

• Salary: $18.00 per hour
• Job Type: Part-time
• Shift: varied

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· Transports clients and staff to off campus appointments.

· Provides direct supervision to clients at all time during transportation.

· Provides necessary clinical documentation as needed in reference to transporting clients and staff.

· Completes the necessary documentation in reference to the operation of the company vehicles.

· Provides routine inspections of the company vehicles.

· Provides routine cleanliness checks.

· Provides routine supply checks of equipment in vehicles.

· Ensures appropriate gas level.

· Provides appropriate crisis intervention as needed.

· Provides appropriate Safe Physical Management intervention as needed.

Minimum Requirements

· High school diploma or GED

· At least twenty-one (21) years of age.

· Criminal clearances (Act 33 and 34, specific State & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI).

· Non-communicable diseases physical exam.

· Valid driver's license from employees’ state of residence.

· Valid registered vehicle insurance.
