Glass and Glazing Project Manager
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation on a project
- Manages client interaction on assigned projects and promotes a positive partnering relationship among all project team members.
- Coordinates project scope, complexity, planning and scheduling with client and development of team members.
- Ability to identify, mitigate and manage risks associated with assigned projects and their integration into the existing environment.
- Develops and maintains the Project Execution Plan.
- Manages the project budget development process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicates effectively with all levels and across the organization.
- Generate submittals and orders to vendors and submittal returns to and from Architects and clients.
- Shop Drawing Submittals, Review and Response of RFIs', ASI, etc.
