Greenhouse Associate

Responsibilities
- Water, care for, and maintain a diverse selection of plants, including annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, and tropicals
- Assist with unloading and organizing incoming plant shipments
- Restock and merchandise plants to ensure displays are full, clean, and visually appealing
- Create and update pricing and signage as needed
- Monitor plant health and promptly report any issues to the team
- Support customers in selecting plants and provide basic care guidance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the greenhouse
- Assist with general customer service and support during peak times
Qualifications
- Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift
- Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work in warm, humid, and varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Interest in gardening, plants, or outdoor work strongly preferred
- Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn—no prior experience required
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience with plant care or merchandising is a plus
