Job Description

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory by performing required cycle counts, audits of physical inventory processes, procedures, and the monitoring of inventory transactions. This role analyzes and reviews all inventory related activities, including cycle counts. Identifies areas for improvement with recommendations and communications with all levels of management. The Inventory Analyst reports to the Department Leader, Operations Control.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

• Performing physical and systematic cycle counts by ABC code to maintain the required number of cycle counts annually meeting corporate and external auditing requirements.
• Perform various cross-functional responsibilities and duties pertaining to inventory and financial impacts within the business.
• Analyzes, reports and recommends process improvements that will increase inventory accuracy levels company wide.
• Audits supply chain inventory processes and procedures.
• Prepares and reports accurate daily, weekly and monthly cycle count analysis reports and metrics.
• Facilitates the collection, analysis and reporting of key Operation's metric; reporting on-time and accurate.

The ideal candidate is someone who self-directed. Pays attention to details with great communication, collaboration and writing skills.

You'll be most successful in this role if you have:

• The ability to collaborate within operations and cross-functional teams to develop partnerships.
• Comfort reading and interpreting metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and can work independently.

• Highly skilled in Excel, graphs, analysis and pivot tables.
• Comfortable driving a Forklift and or Cherry Picker to perform audits, including physical heights.

In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

• High School Diploma/GED or 2-5 years of inventory management or related work experience.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Knowledge of standard office procedures, warehousing, manufacturing operations and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs).
• Ability to successfully interface and develop relationships with employees at all levels of our business.
• Strong knowledge of data mining and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word.

The salary range for this position is $53,000.00 - $88,000.00.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.

Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity to meet the needs of our business, Pharmavite may require employees to work overtime.

Voluntary overtime requested by non-exempt employees must be approved in advance by the employee’s supervisor.
