Pay range: $59,736 - $74,670

YOUR ROLE

Primary function is to Reduce Cargo Claims. This is done by directing, Training, Assisting and Auditing Station personnel in areas of the operation that impact CEVA’s Cargo Loss Ratio. Loss Prevention/OSD employees in the field would have a dotted line to the person in this position. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage OS&D processes
• Perform Loss Prevention Audits
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action directed to Facilities for lost or damaged cargo.

• Create or modify Processes, Procedures and Work Instructions that impact CEVA’s Loss Ratio

• Train Operations (remotely and on-site) to defined processes
• Document and investigate any suspicious loss trends
• Assist Corporate Security with theft investigations

• Liaison with Corporate Cargo Claims, Safety and Quality

• Locate lost cargo using a variety of company systems

• Provide disposition (considering Local/Federal Regulations, Ceva’s potential liability and CEVA’s expense) for damaged, refused and abandoned cargo.
• Create and Distribute various Loss Prevention reports

• Generate various cargo loss KPIs
• Research, identify and implement MHE/Packaging improvement within the NORTAM Ground network
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
