Job Title: Regional Administrative Supervisor

Region: Care Management (OhioRISE CME and FCCS MCE)

Reports To: Regional Director

Direct Reports: None

Summary:

As a partner in building brighter futures for youth and their families, your role will be to supervise and facilitate administrative processes for all regional locations. You will be responsible for coordinating a range of activities related to client intake and medical record compliance as directed by the Regional Director that align with The Village Network's Mission, Vision & Values.

Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Administrative Assistant office coverage for regional programs;
• Track admission, discharge and outcome data for regional programs
• Ensure client records are in compliance with CME contractual standards.
• Work with VP of Facilities to manage facility and vehicle requests for the region
• Oversee revenue cycle for the region including preparation of MCE monthly invoice and OhioRISE billing advice files.
• Monitor regional expenses, ensuring approvals for contracted services and purchased services remain within budget; Prepare appropriate requisitions for Accounts Payable. Coordinate and approve all office supply and equipment orders for regional programs, ensuring they are within budget.
• Prepare pre-hire/ post-hire documentation for the Care Management programs and forward documentation to appropriate parties within Corporate Office. Contact references, perform fingerprinting, and set up Physical/TB Test/Drug Screen for all potential new applicants as directed by program directors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to use a computer with experience using Word, Excel, Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records. Aptitude to learn new software applications. Basic knowledge of office equipment including copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, and telephones.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising a medical office.
• Associates Degree required; Bachelors preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance and billing preferred.
