Administrative Support Assistant
- Reception & Communication:
- Manage the Reception/Front Desk and act as an information resource to all employees and visitors. Provide phone coverage by answering, placing, and screening telephone calls, and transferring calls to appropriate locations or taking messages.
- Perform Hospitality/Concierge duties.
- Communicate professionally with all levels of people.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Assist with Mailroom processes, including distributing mail and sending/receiving packages by couriers.
- Maintain files and prepare correspondence and reports.
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and reserving/maintaining conference rooms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks. Possesses strong interpersonal, organizational skills, and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of one or more word processing programs and basic on-the-job PC experience.
