Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CNC Mill programming and operation.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, ensuring all parts are produced to exact specifications and dimensions.

• Machining Expertise: Foundational knowledge of machine tools, programming languages, and general machining principles.

• Programming Skills: Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate programming and machine control software.

• Physical & Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable with manual tool handling, loading/unloading raw materials, and a deep interest in "how things work."

• Troubleshooting: Critical thinking skills to diagnose and fix mechanical or programming hiccups on the fly.

• Adaptability: A multitasker who can problem-solve under pressure and is open to working overtime when the production schedule requires it.
