At Envision, our DSP's get to improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities in their home and in the community by providing personal care and helping with activities like trips to the park, shopping, lunch/dinner, movies, concerts and games - All while being part of a welcoming and diverse team.
No certifications required - We offer paid training!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid full driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have less than 5 points on driving record (If 18-20 years of age, must have ZERO points on driving record)
- Prefer previous experience in a direct care/support role, but not required
- Background check & drug screen required
Hourly range is reflective of qualifying site premium and DSP Longevity Program completion add-ons. Base pay rate is $18 with the possibility of TWO $1 hourly add-ons for qualifying site premium and DSP Longevity Program completion.
