Rubber Press Operator

About the Position:
We are seeking a dependable Rubber Press Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This company produces high-quality polymer parts used in automotive, military, and consumer markets.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operate rubber press machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper production and quality standards
• Load and unload materials into press machines
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and production procedures
• Report any machine or production issues to supervisor
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Pay:
• $17.00 per hour
• Weekly Pay (Thursdays)
