Primary Activities/Duties

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to support recruitment for manufacturing roles including Welders, Machine Operators, Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Shipping/Receiving.
• Source and recruit candidates for hourly production positions using various tools such as databases, social media, and referrals.
• Communicate regularly with business leaders regarding job openings and candidate status.
• Interview applicants and assess their fit for open roles.
• Represent Rittal at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain relationships with local schools and educational programs to support talent pipelines.
• Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Support onboarding and other recruiting-related projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Communication, or Business preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR).
• Experience using multiple ATS platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
