Primary Activities/Duties
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to support recruitment for manufacturing roles including Welders, Machine Operators, Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Shipping/Receiving.
 - Source and recruit candidates for hourly production positions using various tools such as databases, social media, and referrals.
 - Communicate regularly with business leaders regarding job openings and candidate status.
 - Interview applicants and assess their fit for open roles.
 - Represent Rittal at career fairs and recruiting events.
 - Maintain relationships with local schools and educational programs to support talent pipelines.
 - Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
 - Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
 - Support onboarding and other recruiting-related projects as needed.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Communication, or Business preferred.
 - Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on manufacturing roles.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR).
 - Experience using multiple ATS platforms.
 - Strong communication and presentation skills.
 - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 - Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
