Job Description

Oracle Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engagement Controller to support our Federal Training and Change Management team. This newly created role will serve as a versatile resource, managing a broad range of operational and administrative functions supporting client engagements and internal initiatives. The Engagement Controller will own responsibilities spanning event planning, reporting, resource allocation, basic financial auditing, and other umbrella activities vital to ensuring effective delivery and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and manage internal and external meetings, workshops, and special events-including logistics, communications, and follow-up.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate reports on ongoing initiatives, resource utilization, financial spend, milestones, and client engagement status.

  • Resourcing: Track and coordinate resource allocation for various projects; maintain up-to-date rosters and skill inventories; support scheduling optimization.

  • Financial Auditing: Assist with budget tracking, invoice reviews, basic financial reconciliations, and compliance checks; coordinate with finance and accounting teams as required.

  • Operations Support: Serve as the go-to team member for ad-hoc and umbrella operational needs; propose and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners to relay information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment on engagement deliverables.

  • Other Duties as Assigned: Flexibly respond to emerging needs in a fast-paced environment, adapting to support strategic priorities and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field

  • 3+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, administration, or a similar role-preferably in a healthcare or technology company

  • Demonstrated event planning and logistical coordination skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite?(Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Oracle tools/ERPs experience a plus

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; experience with financial tracking or auditing highly valued

  • Ability to proactively prioritize, multi-task, and take initiative in an evolving environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging with varying levels of stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or professional services

  • Familiarity with Oracle Health solutions and processes

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) a plus

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
