Trailer Component Manufacturing , a Division of Buyers Products Company, operates a fast-growing 300,000 sq. ft. OEM facility producing high-quality trailer components. We’re expanding and seeking seasoned professionals to join our team. While we are hiring for both Press Brake and Saw operations, this posting focuses on the Press Brake role.

Shifts

1st and 2nd shift opportunities available.

A Day in the Life

• Start of shift: Review blueprints and product plans, verify specs, and stage material and tooling.
• Setup: Configure CNC press brake tooling and backgauges; set offsets and verify bend sequence, speed, and feed to achieve accurate forms.
• Run parts: Operate the CNC press brake, making on-the-fly adjustments to speed, material feed, and bend path to maintain quality and throughput.
• Verify quality: Perform in-process inspections with protractors, calipers, height gauges and other measurement gauges; document results as required.
• Collaborate & improve: Read and interpret blueprints; leverage CAD/CAM knowledge to support programs and setups; partner with teammates to keep production flowing.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational certification preferred but not required.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing on a press brake or in sheet metal fabrication.
• Comfort with computers and solid math skills, including adding/subtracting decimals and fractions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work extended hours when needed.
