Job Summary
Were looking to hire a hard-working cleaner who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. Youll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing/disinfecting restrooms, and in addition to maintenance tasks such as emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.
- Various locations: Monday - Friday/ 3 - 4 hours between 9:00A - 1:00P and/or 5:00P - 9:00P - pay $1100 monthly - must have a vehicle
- Weekend cleaner: Saturday and Sunday/ three buildings on Saturday - 6 hours and two buildings at Sunday - 5 hours - pay $880 per month - must have a vehicle
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust and empty trash cans daily
- Clean windows and supply restrooms.
- Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
- Turn in checklist of areas cleaned and notify the manager of any problems and when complete.
- Pass a background check.
- At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
- Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
- Able to take feedback from managers
- No call offs for 90 days
