Seasonal Maintenance Attendant
Responsibilities
- Assists in general maintenance activities such as basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, and metal fabrication.
- May operate equipment (e.g. drills, saws, bobcat, tractor, trucks and high lifts) in performance of duties.
- Assists in the preventative maintenance programs such as changing furnace filters, cleaning HVAC units and routine maintenance of facilities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
