Job Title: Groundsman
Company: Kmitts Tree Service
Kmitts Tree Service is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundsman to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a crew in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
- Run loads to designated locations
- Operate machinery as needed on job sites
- Assist with running chainsaws and rigging ropes
- Perform yard clean-up and debris removal
- Drag and manage brush and materials on job sites
- Set up and tear down job sites
- Dump wood chips, logs, and transport loads to designated locations
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Ability to safely operate machinery
- No drug use
- Prior experience in tree service or related field preferred
Pay:
- $22–$28 per hour, based on experience
