Senior Human Resource Business Partner
- HR Operations: Collaborate with employees and leaders to execute a wide range of Human Resource initiatives, including and not limited to HR Operations, employee relations, policy administration, employee mentoring, compensation, compliance, benefits and leave administration.
- HRIS Support: Using data management with ADP Workforce Now to process new hire data, compensation, position changes, and other HR related employment/payroll data.
- Confidentiality/Trust: Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Build and maintain trusting relationships with employees and teammates.
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to obtain clarity and resolution. Skilled in analyzing and evaluating data in a logical and systematic manner. Demonstrated learning and problem-solving abilities.
- Compliance: Anticipate and manage constantly changing regulatory environment to ensure HR compliance success.
- Communication : Consult with leadership to anticipate employee needs, employee concerns, employee related issues, and provide appropriate resolution. Ability to convey information to all levels of employees in an understandable manner. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING:
- Position will work with government related projects and requires U.S. Citizenship.
- BS degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.
- Postgraduate, and HR Certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' direct experience in HR Operations; 5 years of leadership experience.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Experienced and proficient with HRIS systems, MS office suite and reporting/data management.
- Experience with a science, technology company and/or a DoD contractor preferred.
