Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional client service by conducting safety and security procedures
• Protect the property, assets, and people within an assigned site
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client premises in various weather conditions and diverse types of terrain
• Utilize Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
• Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, and access points
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Provide detailed report for each shift/incident
• Enforce applicable laws, regulations, and site policies to prevent criminal activity and ensure a safe environment
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• When appropriate, engage with the emergency response service
• Other tasks as required by management

Qualified Candidates Must Have :

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in the security field is highly preferred
• Flexibility across different shifts and work sites
• Ability to work nights
• Exceptional communication and situational awareness skills in multiple environments
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Motivated to perform and excel
• CPR & First Aid certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to spend prolonged periods standing and walking
• Ability to pass a background check
• Able to adapt to changing situations & environments
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
