Our Global Engineering team is looking for an Electrical Engineer who is excited to take on meaningful projects that directly improve how products are made, protected, and delivered worldwide.
In this role, you’ll design, develop, and implement electrical systems that power our cutting-edge manufacturing equipment. From designing control systems to leading capital investment projects, you’ll have the opportunity to drive efficiency, solve complex engineering challenges, and make a measurable impact on our global operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Projects: Manage electrical engineering design projects from concept through startup—developing requirements, estimating budgets, creating schedules, and ensuring flawless execution.
- Design and Innovate: Develop electrical systems, drawings, and documentation while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
- Engineer Control Systems: Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC/PC-based systems, HMIs, motor controls, drives, and industrial networks.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with diverse, cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver solutions that push the packaging industry forward.
- Drive Improvement: Identify new technologies, improve processes, and deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
- Be a Trusted Expert: Provide technical guidance to stakeholders while reviewing and approving electrical designs.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
- 3+ years of experience in design and project engineering.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, motor control systems, variable frequency drives, and industrial networks (Ethernet IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus).
- Strong CAD/CAE skills (AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Composer, Matlab, FEA/CFD simulation, DriveWorks).
- Blend of electrical and mechanical engineering skills preferred.
- Prior manufacturing, packaging, or extrusion experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
