ComResource is looking for a Delivery Manager, Product Engineering.
We need someone to assist in leading product engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product engineering teams responsible for the full product development lifecycle.
- Drive engineering strategy aligned with product and business objectives.
- Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure product and team success.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Manage project milestones, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and remove team blockers and process bottlenecks.
- Foster a culture of DevOps, SecOps, and continuous improvement.
- Lead sprint planning, release coordination, and deployment activities.
- Provide coaching, career development, and leadership for engineering teams.
- Promote engineering best practices including TDD and clean code.
Essentials:
- Experience managing product engineering or development teams.
- Strong background in C/C++ application development.
- Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired:
- Experience managing complex product development lifecycles.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with enterprise software products.
