Communications Assistant - Entry Level

We’re hiring immediately for an Entry-Level Marketing & Communications Associate to support nationally recognized nonprofit campaigns, community initiatives, and live events.

This is a unique opportunity to build real-world experience in marketing, public relations, and event coordination —with full paid training , weekly pay, and clear paths for advancement.

About the Role:

As part of our growing team, you’ll work on high-impact outreach campaigns that raise awareness, engage local communities, and support charitable missions. You’ll gain hands-on skills in both traditional marketing and nonprofit communications , all while helping to amplify messages that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of marketing and outreach campaigns

• Represent nonprofit clients at events, fundraisers, and community activations

• Assist in developing marketing materials and public-facing messaging

• Engage with the public to share campaign goals and encourage participation/donations

• Track campaign performance and event attendance metrics

• Conduct market research and identify trends and opportunities

• Contribute ideas to team meetings and support logistics for live events

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, or communications is a plus

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Outgoing, personable, and confident in public settings

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively

• A team player with a desire to make a positive impact

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in retail, customer service, or events is a plus—but not required
