Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Operate machinery (press brakes, spot welders, shears, etc.) to fabricate sheet metal parts.
• Load/unload materials using forklifts or overhead cranes. Inspect parts for quality using blueprints and measuring tools.
• Grind, clean, and prepare metal for welding or shipping.
• Remove scrap material and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with die setups and machine adjustments (for experienced workers).

Production Associate Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of calipers.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail (must inspect own parts).

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
