Program Administrator

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for multiple experienced Program Administrators to support financial and operational activities across several dedicated projects. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Program teams in a SOX-compliant, regulated environment, ensuring accurate order processing, forecasting, and financial coordination from quote to purchase order.

The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting or finance background, hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, and familiarity with CPQ-to-PO workflows in industries such as manufacturing, data centers, construction, or general engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within Oracle Financial systems to support program and financial operations

• Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams

• Support and understand the end-to-end invoicing process (not directly responsible for invoicing execution)

• Draft and submit Purchase Order (PO) requests in accordance with internal controls (not responsible for PO issuance)

• Book orders once Purchase Orders are received

• Translate quotes generated in CPQ into accurate Purchase Orders

• Support forecasting activities, including tracking financial commitments and projections

• Ensure compliance within a SOX-regulated environment, adhering to established financial controls and documentation standards

• Support and manage multiple dedicated projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and accuracy

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial program execution

Pay Rate: $35-55/hr

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Program Administrator, Finance Administrator, or similar role

• Accounting or Finance background with strong financial process knowledge

• Hands-on experience using Oracle Financials

• Experience working with AP/AR teams

• Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to PO processes

• Experience working in a SOX-compliant or regulated environment

• Experience working in Manufacturing, Construction, or General Engineering Industries - Experience supporting large, complex programs or projects

• Data Center industry experience
