Fraud Advisor - Travel Company (£13/hr)

About this job:

• Work with our partner, a world-leader in the travel planning industry
• Help make sure the customers are getting a great experience by ensuring accurate information on the website
• The pay for this role is £13/hr

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with validation checks of advertisers
• Analyze information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
• Make telephone calls and handle emails to assist customers with any additional checks we may need to validate them
• Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience dealing with fraud related issues
• Previous customer service experience in an office or call center environment
• Strong phone skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in Oxford with one weekend shift every other weekend

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the travel, travel planning or hospitality industry
