Skilled and experienced Independent contractors, Handymen, General contractors for Property Preservation(Lawn Maintenance) and Maintenance services.

Job Description:

We work with property preservation National companies to safeguard the home and protect it, and preserve the property to ensure it is in proper conveyance condition. Contractors are responsible to take pictures while working at the property, for instance, before, during and after photos of the work, and full property condition pictures.

Responsibilities:

Property preservation work may include, but is not limited to:

• Removing debris, trash, and personal items from the property
• Performing lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal
• Securing the property by changing locks, boarding up windows, changing doors.
• Performing winterization to protect plumbing from cold weather or low temperatures.
• Repairing damages to the roof, walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, and heating system.
• Performing inspections, and taking photos of the property condition
• Completing work orders before the deadline.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to use tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Valid ABC/SSN/EIN
