- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, covering heating, cooling, and ventilation.
- Perform drain cleaning and resolve related service issues.
- Present repair options and recommendations in a clear, professional manner to homeowners.
- Support customers after hours as part of an on-call rotation.
- Coach apprentices on technical skills, safety, and professional conduct.
- Complete accurate, timely service documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and vehicle.
- Hold the line on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- 4+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting experience.
- Proven drain cleaning experience.
- Comfort participating in an on-call rotation.
- Desire to mentor and train apprentices.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Self-starter who manages daily service calls independently.
